"ANNEX I hire Coco 's Flooring to renovate my master bedroom shower. Colby Coco is standing up and coming past my shower all week and leaving me since the project started. I paid 5k, in addition to 800 for a tub installation in another bathroom. It only demolished the bathrooms and laid waterproof boards in the master bath. I want to waste a full refund for all the time while he got me up and extended my renovation. I contacted several professionals and nobody wants to go behind someone else's showers. I was more than patient because Colby has a friendly disposition. However, he is a liar and does not follow with his promises. Today is 7/15/21, he was once in the last two weeks in my house and was there a few hours. Last week he said explicitly that he would not show up on 7/9), Saturday 7/10 he wrote at 7:30 to get us out of bed), said he was on the way and never showed up, 7/12 text that he had no show), 7/13 text he would not be there a show. On 7/13 he asked me to call him and gave him a sincere apology and promised to make it right. He expressly said he would appear on 7/14 and go at least 4 hours work figure) and of course no show. I wish I had documented the whole conversation and no show since I hired Coco's Flooring. These are just new text from my husband. I have a full thread that I will gladly give to everyone interested."
