"April 2022Upon my return that staff is nice, poised and professional. They have it all. Take a personal tour. You will find all your needs and more and as a businessman or restaurant owner probably a treasure or two. It may look mundane on the outside but surprises await you.Be blessed and safe always. Dante and staff are wonderful thanks again for the great tour and the great goodies I bought.Wow what a gathering of new and used commercial restaurant supplies utensils of every kind and Imagination. This is the place for sure especially for rentals and stocking up of new business kitchen equipment.The outside storage alone is worth ten thousand words as well as Under The Roof items. For me being a former military Vietnam Vet and Navy Seabee cook , Baker and cake decorator it was like a candy factory and it brought back old memories.This place is huge and more than meets the visible eye when you first enter in.The staff is warm and wonderful great people.Be prepared to spend at least a half hour or more just a barely catch a glimpse of what this place has to offer.God's blessing to all Jesus cares mm."

"I went to this store today and was impressed by the customer service. I wanted to buy a Bbq and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I like the selection they had in the store. The knowledge of the person they sent to help me. They went beyond what encouraged my purchase of bbq today. I think the gentleman who helped me was called Johnny. I also had time to check the store and noticed that it was very organized and had great presentation. I think it would make sense to buy this place in the future for those looking for equipment. I also noticed the amount of commercial and residential-ride-on zero turn mowers in this business."

"Bad product and poor customer service. I bought a newly built house that had installed the whole house fan from the developer. Unknown for us, the fan was defective and one of the self-tight doors would not open. This caused a problem with condensation in the house. I called her offices to do it. They told me they didn't use their product by sending a technician. I need to remove the fan and send it to them. I would not recommend this product to anyone and if I did not give it any stars."

"UPDATE I did another pig roast, this time with an 80 lb. dressed pig and...the Caja China did a great job, again! I was lucky enough to find a great source for good, fresh pork and between the quality of the meat and the Caja China, I think the end product turned out very well. Hard to beat the Caja China for a pig roast to entertain lots of people very happy with it! Purchased a Caja China about two months ago and have used it twice including Thanksgiving. Super easy to use and the pig came out perfect both times. The customer service has been great I spoke with Leidy and she was just super nice and super helpful. Looking forward to more cooks on my La Caja China!"
