"The kung pao chicken is pretty tasty though it could have used a little more mock chicken. The braised ribs are ok, flavorful but the texture was a bit odd and it had the usual aftertaste of mock meat. Also they kindly gave us delicious warm sesame doughnut holes filled with red bean paste for free. We got takeout based on other reviews mentioning bad service"

"Worst vegan Chinese food I have ever had. The reviews said the dumplings were good so we tried both steamed and fried dumpling. It was not only tasteless but also small in size. The stir fry protein and vegetables were disgusting. We were hungry and ate some. The tea tasted like a chlorine and smells like a bleach. The server was rude and throwing dishes here and there. I wouldn?t go here if you want tasty meal and good service. Flushed $45 down the toilet."

"Giving 5 stars! Sure is one of the best Thai food in San Diego. Ordered the Red Curry, Crying Tiger (grilled marinated beef) and Som Tum? everything is so on point. Great taste! Will come back for more if coming to San Diego."

"Gokoku is an excellent vegan/vegetarian sushi restaurant. Everything was well prepared and tasted amazing. The edamame was perfectly flavored and was hard to put down. The popcorn roll was my favorite because it came with popcorn 'chicken ' pieces piled on and scattered around the roll. The hard tofu ramen was not the greatest but I would give the other ramen options a shot. Unfortunately they only had one server on a Saturday mid afternoon (around 3pm) so it did take some time to get service. It seems that they would definitely benefit from more seating especially on busy days!"

"Just start. I'm not vegetarian/vegan. Me neither. But we loved the food! We had Rucksockel and Bbq vegan chicken. It was amazing. We love both Caribbean foods so we decided to try something else. And I'm so happy we did it. We will definitely try something new again. Every day there is a new menu, so this will be great."
