"There are different choices of rooms, but all of them are comfartable and contain everything you need. Even the simplest room has at least a queen bed, a table with 2 chairs, relax seat, big shower, flat screen TV, free wifi, coffee maker and micro wave, iron and iron board. In most cases you'll have a parking spot in front of your room. All rooms are smoke free. You can get free continetal breakfast that can be used either at the reception area or in your room and also vending machines are available. There is a wonderfull outdoor pool with waterfall and sunbeds, but for those who don't love the sun, they can also get some shade under the gazebo. The property and rooms are very clean and the whole staff is very friendly and helpfull. You really get value for money. If you cross the Coosa River bridge, you'll find a shopping area where you'll find all kinds of shops and super market. For those who like to go shopping there is also Broad Street, the main shopping street, within walking distance. You are also very close by many famous restaurants where you'll find all kinds of food. This hotel is also very popular for fisher man, because there is enough parking space for cars with boat trailers and the Coosa landing is also very close."

"Warning: Do not give your sensitive data or information to this business Kathy Travis cancelled an in person appointment and asked for me to drop off my documents instead of a face to face meeting due to COVID. I did so and then heard nothing about my documents. After several phone calls and 6 days later , I was told that they had sent my documents without my authorization or permission to New Windsor NY and that it could possibly be with Anthony or Michael. I was given another number to call that was not correct but finally succeeded in locating my documents with Anthony. I instructed him to send the documents back as I had not AUTHORIZED OR COSENTED to his doing my taxes. He sent them back via FEDEX who lost them. Finally, I recieved the documents but have had no contact with Kathy TRavis despite an email and several phone calls to her for an explanation of how my documents travelled or were secured and why she sent them to New Windsor in the first place."
