"I happened upon this bakery when I was desperate to find a vegan cake for my vegan friends who would be attending my baby's first birthday party. As a friend and supporter of vegans, I always strive to include them in our culinary adventures because I believe food should be inclusive, not exclusive. That's where Two Fields comes in! They have an ENTIRE menu that is inclusive of those who are vegan, those with gluten intolerance, and those with food allergies! When I saw their extensive menu, I had a hard time choosing just one thing and ended up getting two kinds of vegan cupcakes, vegan blondies, and vegan sub rolls. Not only is their menu so wonderfully inclusive, their staff is beyond pleasant, friendly, helpful, and just an absolute joy to work with. Plus, this place is so close to where we live now and I am so excited to continue sampling everything on their menu!"

"Not only is this bakery gluten free, it has scrumptious offerings such as slices of quiche, delicious hamburger on a phenomenal gluten free bun, and such a wide variety of baked goods. The owners are rock solid in their dedication to provide the best ingredients in the most delicious array of pastries. I learned their popularity has spread around the globe with orders they ship. It is the most exciting gluten free bakery I've experienced. And they love making others happier and healthier providing made-to-order celebration cakes and more. there is a reason it is called Gluten Free PARADISE....because it IS!"

"This place has delicious Bagels and baked goods. Not everything is vegan, but they do label clearly. We picked up items from the freezer section and took them home. They didn't seem to be ready to serve/grill items when we were there. The service was very friendly however. We would definitely go back."

"I have been gluten free over a decade and have made a point to visit all of the gluten free bakeries I can find when traveling the country. This bakery is at the bottom of the list in terms of quality and service. On the multiple times I've eaten products from Bittersweet, I've been left disappointed. They attempt to mask the bitter (ha) aftertaste of what is likely copious amounts of baking soda and xantham gum with sugar. The first bite tastes good, but then the flavor left in your mouth is not pleasant at all. Between that and the tendency to serve dry goods (likely no longer fresh I don't care for their products at all. They were one of the first gluten free bakeries in the area, but it's clear that they don't have the same level of skill or refined recipes we can find at other bakeries now.In addition to the quality, the service is lacking. A friend whose child is autisic shared a story that the owner told them that my friend deserved what they got when their son was diagnosed autistic (after receiving standard childhood vaccinations). The audacity and rudeness is astounding. The words of the owner are echoed by the signage around the store with similar misinformation. The staff of Bittersweet were also notorious for not following public health mandates during the pandemic. The disregard for public health is concerning.Between the poor quality of the product and the poor service, I will not be back."
