"We have been there today for our dinner, and after two hours we just got two spring rolls and no main dishes. Many people left because they were waiting for too long, and at the end we left, without eating as the food was not...even nearly ready. Poor service, I don’t get how such a restaurant get 4.5 stars after what I saw tonight. No discount on the final bill, double fail. You lost two potential clients."

"I popped in for lunch last Saturday and it was amazing so much choice I choose the buffet lunch . Also the waitresses was very accommodating and attentive. I have allot of allergies they were able to adapt to this and find me but free...gluten free veggie option and they did it with a simile"

"This must be the 50th time I had dinner at SAIGON. My Vietnamese friend took me to SAIGON for the first time and she 's the pickiest eater ever! So if she likes the food and the atmosphere, then it 's all set. It 's all fresh you will taste the freshness. Known for soupes (Bun Bo Hue, Pho, etc. , you should also try the summer rolls called Goi Cuon Tom which are delicious, as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So if you like Vietnamese or Asian food, you have to go to SAIGON!!!"

"I came here for the Phô noodle soup. Been craving it for sometime until I noticed this place across the Schmiede Wiedikon bus stop. I met 3 friends for lunch here and we all had different types of Phô. The taste of the soup was flavorful and fairly authentic, but the chicken in my Phô was a bit dry. My friends were all happy with theirs. We enjoyed our noodle soup and conversations in the sunny and quiet little garden in the back of the restaurant."

"Tasty Vietnamese foods and drinks in a cozy atmosphere. I had not expected to find such a nice restaurant as a neighboring restaurant. there are many possibilities, from and I liked the fact that the menu had pictures for each dish, if they were not familiar with them. I had an appetizer, suppe and dessert that were all tasty, but the spring rolls were exquisite probably the best I ever had."

"I give five stars for her impressive attentive staff. eating was very good. Compared to other similar restaurants, Viet-thai has less quantities per serving. so they probably have to order more if they are a big eater!"
