"I don't know if it is just us or do other people always get disappointed when they try something new? We tried the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and poutine. What an utter disappointment. There was a bun, a small one, but a bun, never the less, more like a slider. There was BBQ sauce. There was coleslaw. But we kept looking for the pulled pork, there was a smiggin of something, not sure what, I think that was the pork. It's a good thing it's for a limited time because for 5,29 that is WAY to much to pay for THAT. Pass it by. Pick the burger from the value menu, it's about the same size and will definitely taste better. I'm not even going to comment on the poutine, they should be ashamed of themselves and I will leave it at that."

"Just got off the phone with the manager trying to sort out a pizza that didn’t have what I ordered, on it. Rather than talking about it, he was yelling and bullying, telling me that it was done correctly, when in fact he hadn’t even been there when it was being made. As a rule, I like their pizza, nevertheless, they have lost a customer, based upon how I was treated. I have NEVER had a customer service issue dealt with in that manner. So, just another chain restaurant that would rather save a couple of bucks rather than maintain a customer. What a jerk!"
