"Outback is one of my favorite restaurants and I order from them quite often as I Love the clam chowder soup. I mainly order curbside pick up and did so earlier. I was told my order would be ready in about 20 min. I arrived a half hour later as to allow enough time for my order to be complete. I waited 12 minutes before anyone approached the vehicle. I paid for my meal and it was brought out 10 minutes later. I check to make sure the order was correct and it was NOT. I was given potatoe soup instead of clam chowder. So after I had to explain to the employee this was not clam chowder she only agreed as another employee confirmed it was not. Also I was not given the oyster crackers or any silverware. I waited an additional 15 minutes to recieve the bowls half full. Well to say this was the most disappointing visit is an understatement. I was never offered any good faith gesture for the long wait, wrong order and poor customer service. I'm not sure I will patronage this establishment anytime soon. Oh and by the way I was told it was closing time that's why I had to wait so long for the correct soup. Funny part is when I arrived it wasn't."

"Phenomenal Service. We were checked on often but not so much that they interrupted our meal. Our glasses were never empty and our waitress 'Jenna ' was great. It was out first time there as we were just passing through. Myself and my girls talked about that food and service all the way back to NY. Thanks for making it a great night"
