"I'm usually a Chipotle fan, but this visit was horrendous. Store was dirty, every table was dirty, no napkins available, the cooking kitchen looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 3 days. Chicken, steak and Pi to beans were so dried out that they looked like cardboard. They might have been short staffed, but the 3 people working didnt seem to have any sense of urgency."

"My father and I visited last night and the service was great. The flavors of meat and spices from authentic sauces and fresh ingredients made the entire culinary experience excellent. We want to eat more often here!!! Absolutely amazing wish I could rate you higher than five stars"

"Decent, sometimes I have to tell the employees to adjust the amount of food in my bowl. They tend to put WAY TOO MUCH rice unless if I tell them. Some days can get crazy busy, likely due to understaffing and/or the number of online orders. Overall, it’s okay, not the best. Cleanliness is good, might need help with the drink and utensil station, refill the items. Lastly, every Wednesday I get dinner from there, I noticed something with the guacamole. I don’t enjoy it when I feel a huge chunk of avocado on my chip. They could be better with the guacamole preparation. In my opinion, Sofia Drive is better than Springwood. Although it’s still Chipotle right?"

"Taken for shrimps and there was nothing left in the container. The girl at the counter demands more shrimps. The cook says he won't. Girl says we're made of shrimp and I had to change to chicken. They were just lazy to make it."

"Great first impression. Knowledgeable staff, dedicated vegetarian section that is easily veganizable. We got the table side guacamole that was so fresh and smooth and spicy. Some of my fave guac ever! I had a hard time choosing my entree but I went with the fajitas and corn tortillas. I loaded myself up and still had leftovers. The drinks were killer. Plus there’s a full bar. I’m definitely looking forward to returning soon to just eat good mex food and drink."
