"Your service is generally quite good. I think the food is standard... not amazing, but also not fast food. All right. Recently I had a terrible experience that had an order over the phone for takeover. The person over the phone seemed like sitting on a couch and talking very lazy. After 3 minutes she said sadly, I cannot place the order because we are at maximum capacity. I couldn't even place an order online, either due to the maximum capacity. Later I found out that this is the call center that is founded for Covid. You really need to hire call center workers who give a damn. I went physically to the restaurant and they were nice and took my order. Would be a 4 star if I didn't have this encounter."

"Experience wasn't the best considering that most restaurants have had a year to accommodate for developing/acquiring an app to order food at your table. Mother's Day was bad since they ran out of their brunch specials plus we had to wait in a long line to order food... so much for keeping social distance."

"Take out only outpost of the local chain. The chicken is well executed and the store gets busy with online orders as well as walk in. The blue cheese sauce is the only home made one and very good."
