"I have lived in the neighbouring suburb for over a decade but have never tried this gem.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Four of us mums ditched the kids for the evening and came here for girls’ night. As it was my first time here I had no idea what to expect. The restaurant was packed our reservation which was only done a week ago meant that we sat at the bar, but that was explained when we called to reserve.We decided to all have bento box dinners. The food was beautifully executed and the portions are generous and every bite was a joy.A couple of us had the beef gozen bento that changes weekly. And the others had the Ichirin bento.Upon leaving we realised that they do have an omakase menu. One to try for the next time.If you love authentic Japanese food, look no further than this restaurant. If you are planning to go, reserve as early as you can.It’s run by an excellent team.We will definitely be back!"

"Always great, love this place, love the staff, lunch or dinner, quality food in a comfortable environment.<br/ <br/ Sushi and sashimi is always high quality and well prepared, and great that they do kingfish (yellowfin).<br/ The salads are healthy and filling, and the baos are a great extra or substitute for a sandwich at lunch, the softshell is yum.<br/ <br/ It's a good middling price for the area, and the value for money is definitely there, so I tend to prefer it to both the cheaper and more expensive options locally."

"It was Sunday afternoon of a long weekend and we hadn't enjoyed a Japanese meal for at least a week. Our regular Japanese restaurant seemed to be going through some changes recently that we were not too happy about, so it was time to find a new "regular".A friend had recommended we try Yuki, so a booking was made. Upon arrival, we actually realized that we had eaten here quite some time ago, but for a quick lunch before another activity. This time there were three adults and a baby with more time to savour the delights.Now, as some of my readers may remember, I am allergic to garlic and my wife has become intolerant to garlic though years of abstinence in support of me.Taking care to always notifying the staff is an important habit that always needs to be stressed. In this case the manager/owner? came to our table to discuss our choices, which was definitely appreciated. She was also very helpful in choosing my sake.Unfortunately, some of the choices I made contained garlic and had to be changed, so we were not able to sample some of the absolutely wonderful dishes on offer.We were very happy with what we were able to eat and will return. "So much I couldnt decide so I got the oysters mmmmyum! The katsu chicken was amazing my salmon avocado sushi fresh melt in my mouth. Now am in a happy food coma. Definitely will be back loved it!"

"This is a new nice little cosy place to eat. They have only four tables but they have wonderful food. Donburi was very nice. But the sushi comes with bento tastes too plain and the miso soup was a little bit strong. Overall this place is worth visiting. I highly recommend."
