"We turned up mid afternoon on a Saturday. We stood by the sign ‘Please wait to be seated’ The place was about 1/3rd full so not really busy. There were a lot of staff standing around chatting to each other and occasionally attending to a customer. We we waited and waited in fact over 15 minutes before some chap bothered to come up to us by which time my partner said they don’t deserve our money or business let’s go. I spoke to the member of staff and told him how poor it is and how I’m not going to spend my money with you people when you cannot be bothered to show that you want me as a customer and they couldn’t care less. Funny how this branch has today been identified for closure and good job too the staff don’t deserve to work in hospitality because they have no customer skills and couldn’t care less and long as they get paid we’ll no more because you’re out of a job and good riddance I say."

"Brilliant experience from beginning to end, asked about milk for free for the 2 children, before we say down and the manager answered quickly and also double checked and showed us to check the allergen ipad. excellent service, amazing eating and getting freshly cooked, quickly arrived, could no longer recommend, really enjoyed our family meal here, great portions, worth for money and really delicious! would definitely return!"

"This is a really busy restaurant and I would recommend to book a table in advance, meeting and greeting is very friendly. it is family-oriented and offers high chairs for babies. I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection, if they have a sweet tooth, they will enjoy the desserts, as the portions are very generous. this is the first restaurant where I used environmentally friendly straws, I was very impressed and hope that more follow there."

"Passing through the area and found Chopsysdownstairs tables were all full but they had seating upstairs. Ordered a set breakie with tomatoes. At 1st i thought no toast and the bubble a bit small. To my pleasant surprise one of tbe best breakfasts I have had anywhere. Fantastic eggs, fantastic sausage, beautiful seasoning and meaty,the bubble crispy and full of flavour. Great cooking. Will definitely make this my goto cafe in the area. Walked out full and happy"
