"Absolutely terrible service. This is my third visit in the hope that it would be better ... it does not. On a Sunday morning at 9:30 pm arrived and the only customers dine at the time. Order 2 coffee, a wrap and an omelet. Grief
The staff were other patrons who came in and 5 Takeaway orders. I asked where our order was and received a confused look. She found our order so completely, apologized, apologized and then returned to make the order requests in front of him. Finally we receive our coffee for 25 minutes after the order. <br>
Food came out, but not as ordered. Grief
The staff were apologetic, but completely interrupted. $ 27.50 - Walk overpriced for average food and bathroom service. Grief
I only went here as the much better café across the street on a Sunday. Save your money, go elsewhere."

"There are a few Japanese Restaurants in Eastwood, but only a few worth going to in my opinion. For lunch deal bentos, options include Sakae Dining, next to King’s Seafood Restaurant; Ichiraku, behind Eastwood library. For Sushi, I love Sushi Arigato. For Ramen, I recommend Zenya. I have been to both Sakae and Ichiraku. Sakae offers $13.50 bentos for lunchtimes with a variety of options including grilled Mackerel, teriyaki fish/chicken and katsus. Ichiraku has their menu starting from $10.80 and increasing with more expensive options. Sakae’s bentos come with green tea, three slices of sashimi, salad, potato salad, a mini spring roll plus rice and miso soup. Ichiraku’s comes with three pieces of baby tuna sushi, salad, rice and miso soup."

"For the third stop on our Rhodes Waterside x Zomato food tour, we visited Tomodachi, a Japanese and Korean fusion restaurant with a great range of sushi, sashimi and sake. Our first three dishes included kingfish sashimi, assorted sushi and a salmon and avocado salad. All of the pieces we had were so fresh and tasty, and the grilled scallop sushi in particular was divine!"

"We stood at the counter waiting.....and waiting. Stood there for nearly 10 minutes. Two staff members behind counter, no acknowledgement or greeting to say we will be with you soon. Last straw when we continued to wait and another waiter looked like a manager. Walked...to the register to serve someone. Glanced over and still no recognition by all three staff. We walked over to the dumpling place, next door and got a fresh and yummymeal. And service with a smile. Shame really, we will just have to try a sushi train somewhere else. Can't tell you what the food was like. But if it's anything like the service or lack of. It might be terrible."

"Ever go to a restaurant for dinner, and then walk out wondering what the hell just happened? Well, that happened to me, at a newly opened Simmer Huang in Eastwood. Eastwood has always been home to many Asian eateries, with their own unique take on the dining experience. From barbecue, to grills, to the good ol’ deep fryer, this neighbourhood has certainly attracted its fair share of the weird and wonderful."
