"Service is very average. The food looks awful. The presentation is terrible. I would never come back. I would never bring friends or family here, or a date. Tastes pretty average. Chefs need to up their game massively. Sorry if it sounds harsh but very fair."

"We made a return visit after a memorable dinner while on vacation in the area last year. This wonderful steakhouse did not disappoint! Steaks were done to perfection and the lobster tail was the best I’ve ever had. Impeccable service and recommendations by our server, David. I highly recommend if you want an exceptional dining experience."

"Perfectly cooked Ribeye with lovely char, nice truffle creamed corn (but kernels could have been better removed from the cob), and above average service from an extremely young staff (that’s a compliment). Not an inexpensive meal but enjoyable. Valet was a supreme prince. Very sweet. The fried lobster/crab cake wasn’t great—a lot of filler. Unexpected surprise was the lightly spiced Peruvian corn on the table to start."

"It?s Ruth?s Chris? so, there?s not much I can say that hasn?t already been said. The service was impeccable. We went in for an early dinner (around 5p) so the spot was pretty empty. Got a nice window seat. One of the better RCs I?ve been to. We had the filet and shrimp with the salad and tuna app. All of the preparations were on par and the experience was great."

"We went to Hai House with another couple, about 4 days after the opening. I ordered many different things. Scallion pancakes were very delicious, but small. Not enough to share between 4 people. Mandarin beef was cut only steak not traditional style. Good, but very expensive at $42. There were some other dishes, including General Tso Chicken and enjoyed all. They needed more time to bring their act together. We decided to go back a few weeks later and had a really different and good experience. Bao Buns, Spicy Shrimp Rolls, dumplings, all excellent. Service was very good and we had an excellent meal. The food was much improved and we will be back!"
