"Fun and wonderfully decorated positive atmosphere being a smart alternative to the typical muddy bar culture near campus, State 19 offers a more enticing atmosphere with lots of group games and cheerful thumping music keeping positive vibes. The menu is overwhelmingly alcoholic but offering plenty of enticing and creative ideas thrown into a shaker. I noticed the actual food options are far less numbered but we four enjoyed the quinoa protein bowl, chips and salsa, and my quesadilla was surprisingly very tasty with a gooey messy mix of ingredients. As with all new restaurants the service was almost painfully slow yet many apologies and free shots later we were not at all annoyed. I would highly advise most people especially the spoiled rotten Yelp community to take note of when restaurants first open before they throw down a low review. This place is plenty good just from my first trip and based on what my friends have experienced I have no hesitation to recommend!"
