"I use Chipotle in all honesty. I did it for two reasons. It is not a Mexican food and it is at least partly owned by McDonalds. I have this with the fact that I am not a fan of beans and every time I got a burrito (free) when I donated blood, it had black beans, not helped. But after the attempt of the chickenfajita burrito I must say that this place is quite good. No beans, but green peppers and onions. Add some Tomatillo Salsa and the corn mix, avoid the cheese and acid cream, one side of Guac and a splash of Chipotle flavored Tabasco make for a delicious meal that is different than your standard hamburger and one side of Fritten Fast Food. Sure it's not Mexican food, but if you just want something that is good to eat and doesn't care about authenticity, go for it."

"My boyfriend and I found this place about a month ago while we were waiting to see a show at the Largo. I got the Cali tacos he got the breakfast burrito, which we both thought were very meh but the margaritas were great. I also wish the salsa had a little more kick to it, but they were still good. Anyways, we came back tonight and I got the barrio tacos he got the burrito Mexicano and we devoured both of them in under 10 minutes. It was delicious!!! I was so happy with my meal and my passion fruit margarita. The service both times has been really quick and everyone has been friendly and easy to talk to. Will come here every time I’m in LA!"

"Man !! What a mole verde and negro !! So delicious. My mother is from Puebla and this place made it . Jorge the chef is unique with its salad. I went inside to check it out and I've been back many times , prices are cheap !!! . Go , you won't be disappointed. Thanks Juanito for the excellent service and always smiling . 10 stars"

"This was my favorite restaurant both personally and as part of my weekly Guilt-free Splurgtage. Unfortunately, I'm not back. Experience extremely rude, discriminatory and hostile behavior from the cashier/supporter while eating with my visitor from London. I have reported it to the customer service and they have never reached or done anything of it. (Funny they react to other critical reviews to reach this email)? All good food. Hit or Miss Service, enough to have a long time patron saint of return."

"My friend and I like to go to Sharky. We were at several of their locations, but this is the closest to my house. We are vegan and learned about it by Chef AJ, who use the AJ Burrito and AJ Bowl options they use. (These are not listed in the menu, but they exist and you will look like a Sharky's expert when you ask. You will ask if you want black or pinto beans. I usually say mixed and they give you both. My friend likes the Sharky 's Quinoa Salad with dressing on the side. Other vegan options include Bio Tofu Veggie Tacos, Bio Roasted Vegetable Bowl and Bio Tofu and Veggie Burrito. I also had the tostada, but without cheese and sour cream. (It is brilliant and huge, comes in a large tortilla bowl and is even bigger after I load it with green onions and pico de gallo from the Salsa Bar. Vegan side dishes include brown rice, Mexican rice, quinoa with vegetables, black beans, pint beans, broccoli, yams and roasted vegetables. (You also serve the vegetables steamed when you ask. One of the best features is the Salsa Bar, where you can load on your favorite salsa, pico de gallo, green onions, lemons, etc. Your Fire Roasted Salsa just won Best Medium and Best Red Awards at the Oxnard Salsa Festival 2018. I love her tea too. They serve 3 species, black, tropical and green, all brewed. I'm all three for an ingenious iced tea. Unlimited refills. They also have rewards; You can use your phone number, a reward card or app. For each $100 spent, you get a $7 reward loan. (Sign on your first visit because you want back. After placing your order, ask for some chips (they will give you free, visit the Salsa bar, pick up your drink and wait until they bring the order to your table. Be ready to eat because they are FAST. If you want more chips, just go to the counter and ask. Staff are a pleasure to work on it. When I grew up, my mother always said that you can say a good place to eat when you see the police eating there. My friend and I were at least 6 locations and we have seen policemen / or firefighters eat in exactly every place where we were. I was at this point and I counted 12 (no joke police in there. Not for a crime, but for food. Very recommended! Updated by previous review on 2018-08-18"

"Edit: updating the rating because I know they 're doing their best but man the Chile rellano expectations crushed me I was excited to try the Chile rellano burrito based on the reviews and I was severely disappointed. The beans and rice overpower the burrito and the Chile rellano was flavorless. wouldn 't have been able to tell I was eating a Chile rellano if I wasn 't looking directly at it. My boyfriend had the carne asada burrito and immediately commented on the fishy aftertaste of the meat. I also got the taquito combo to share between 2 people and it came with 3 really small taquitos with nothing else except chicken meat in it, also no seasoning and no flavor. The menu option for the taquito combo alludes to a combination of beef and chicken taquitos but I just got 3 flavorless chicken taquitos for $11. Honestly, really disappointing. I ordered this as takeout and assume that it 's a better dining in the restaurant. However based on my own experience, I 'd don 't think I 'd come back here."

"It may look like a side Mexican restaurant that’s part of a strip mall, but this place houses top quality food with familiar dishes and authentic taste. Best to have cash on you. I got their noodle soup with chicken, comes with short think noodles in a tomato based broth. Probably the best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had. Served with choice of tortilla, slice of lime and some queso, I was in heaven as I devoured the whole bowl. Their quesadillas are bomb. Their burritos are huge. You can’t go wrong here if you like Mexican food. Their salsas are fresh. I like their pickled carrots that are also spicy. If you want jalapeños or grilled chilies, order that along with your meal. Plenty of seating inside and outside. And free parking out front."
