"Evevn, although it was a Monday as it was restaurant week, I have reservations for 4. When we arrived, the place was EMPTY, with the exception of about 10 people sitting at the bar and a table of 2 in one corner. There was no person who welcomed cartridges on the front when we waited for 5 minutes until I went to the bar to tell them we had a reservation. We finally sat. Our waitress didn't show up. She was rude and was not known about the menu or restaurant. We have passed 2 menus for tapas and a regular course menu. We asked them to explain how our group from the menus she just said this is a Latin fusion restaurant and next month we will have sushi. What?! Yeah, that was our reaction. We finally ordered 3 tapas as appetizers and told her we needed more time for our entrees 25 minutes went by before our tapas were brought to the table. No explanation, no excuses. We decided for dinner because we don't want to wait, G_ knows how long for dinner, so we ordered 2 desserts. When she asked how the crepes were prepared, she said they were thin pancakes. Thank you. The Desserts 1 order of Crepes and 1 Flan came 15 minutes later. On a brighter note the food was good, but not good enough to outweigh all these problems. I'll go back to NIE."

"Excellent in every area! Service was prompt and responsive. Had the Zuppa di Pesce. Large amount of amazingly fresh and flavorful seafood. Pomodoro sauce was “off the charts” good! Large fresh tomatoes cooked to perfection. A must try in White Plains. You will Be in love with this place...I guarantee it!!!"

"We sat at the bar, not knowing it was happy hour, we ended up ordering drinks and a few appetizers from this menu and a couple other dishes from the dinner menu. The watermelon margarita was very refreshing and on the light side maybe a bit more tequila would have made it perfect. Some of the apps included the patatas bravas, the croquettes and the cauliflower ajillo, all of those were delicious, we also ordered the chicken tikka masala and this dish was wonderful, bold flavors, perfect portion, and just tasty. The ambiance was very hip and relaxed, the bartender was attentive and nice. Overall a good experience, we would definitely go back !"

"Lilly's has been our neighborhood eatery since we moved to White Plains. We have mostly loved the appetizers, especially their excellent brussel sprouts, as well as their pizzas, small plates, grilled octopus, and salads. But last night was something of a disappointment with the octopus being inadequately grilled and now prepared with a different sauce that does not bring out its best flavors. Perhaps most disappointing was the vegan quinoa taco salad which was prepared in a notably different manner than on many previous occasions. A different dressing, an overwhelming amount of vegan chorizo, and just overall a disappointment. I don't know if it's an experiment with a new recipe, a new chef, or just an off night but I hope to find the old excellent salad there the next time we return."

"My Aunt celebrated her 75th birthday at this restaurant on Saturday. I wasn’t too sure at first but this place was top TIER!! The atmosphere was calm soothing, the staff were amazing. There are no words to express the food. It was ABSOLUTELY amazing, delicious and fulfilling. The food just kept coming and each dish was better than the next. I’m a steak eater it was on par, seasoned and cooked just right. I give this restaurant a 10/10 Service: Dine in"
