"The Hotel Stadt Hamburg in Westerland has 2 different restaurants. A Gastronomy with Michelin stars, and a Bistro. Tipically the Bistrot is a good way to check also the star cathegory. In this case, nothing special. An atmosphere very standard, tryng to be french without success and not a crispy kitchen. Average dishes with no charm. The service, young and nice ladies was mabe the best. No chance to go the the star restaurant."

"We went their with four friends and had a dinner reservation for sunset with a view at the sea. We ordered the seafood plate for a party of four and were surprised by the amount, quality and freshness. We had lobster, scallops, langostinos and mussels. Everything was very delicious. Definitely to recommend if you don't care to sit in a beach shed.Great evening!!!!"

"Have spent a wonderful evening here. Aperitif was very delicious. The appetizers were lobster and fish soup. Both were very delicious. Main course then fish and once steak. Both perfectly fried and the supplements also top. To dessert then Mirabellenknödel, which were served with small table fireworks and our wedding dance song. The very friendly and attentive waitress listened attentively during the evening and enchanted us with this little surprise. The price is rather higher but if the evening is so successful, you can see it over. Only the Corona surcharge of 4 Euros per person is a small inconvenience at the already high prices, but this could also not be mentioned here for the sake of completeness. We still like to come back."
