"As a day finish we were very good food, freshly cooked red cabbage, the roast soft and delicate, the sour roast sauce perfect, only slightly tied and naturally shiny, tastefully perfect. Thanks to the attentive service, price/performance ratio very good, a real recommendation!"

"It is about a 3 kilometer walk from Weimar out to Tiefurt, and well worth it even on a drizzly day. The Schloss and gardens at Tiefurt are beautiful and wonderful to visit. While you are there it is also worth visiting this restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful and have enough English for non-German visitors. The food is traditionally German with a useful range of salads and vegetarian options. We had an extremely positive experience."

"Cake was exremely dry and when we went to the owner told us that payments with card under 15 eur were not allowed. We had no cash with us and had consumed 10 euros for “only”. She said, "That was how it worked... there. We were charged a total of 15 eurs, while we only spent 10. If someone has told us in advance or this has been displayed, then I could understand, but it was unfortunately not the case"

"On the first look a classic Indian with very beautiful ambiente. However, if they take the card, they can enjoy a vegetarian and vegan sorts that are offered beside meat dishes. all fresh and tasty, the service is friendly and fleeting. highly recommended! for larger groups should be reserved, the restaurant is well visited."

"In einem der ältesten Häuser weimar's ließen wir uns abends zu acht nieder. Die Preise waren günstig, die Portionen groß. Die Biere waren lecker, beim Weißwein mussten wir etwas probieren, bis wir etwas für uns gefunden hatten, aber dann ok. Das Essen war wie bei muttern, grosse Portionen und wir hätten bestimmt auch noch Nachschlag bekommen, aber es war mehr als genug. Wer feine Küche erwartet ist hier falsch, hier ist klassische thüringische Küche. Der Service war locker, aber immer korrekt und wir hatten jederzeit Getränke und auch das Essen kam in angemessener Zeit."
