"As usual in an RSL the wines by the glass are good value and went quite well with our $22 meals. My husband enjoyed his roast pork and my lamb cutlets were yummy. Only downside was mash tasted like packet (which surely must cost more than real potatoes?) other veggies were good - fresh beans and cauliflower. The staff are lovely and checked on us a few times which was unexpected at a bistro where you order at the bar."

"I personally was disappointed with the lack of choice on the menu . Only five options on the menu a very unimaginative menu Only the steak came with vegetable the other option offered with salad . The steak which our dining companions had was lovely...and cooked as requested . I had the flat head fillets which were over cooked and dry . The presentation of the meal was very average .Im not sure if there has been a change of chefs but I have eaten here previously less than a year ago and enjoyed my meal,so disappointing this time .i don’t think I would bother coming back much better choices of places to eat in Wangaratta"

"I made plans to meet my mother at scribblers for a 10.30 am Coffeys, I ordered and paid for two coffees I requested in coffee cups. We received two cardboard cups as if it was takeaway. I requested crockery as I am against single use...cups. I was told by waitress that this is how they served coffee and she left. I turned around to the other six tables and four outside customers were drinking from cups and saucers. We sat there and drank our cardboard tasting coffee and left. No service just tables in the street and uncomfortable iron chairs. Not appealing at all."

"Really good atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, especially delicious eating in a very good presentation! we made the full cure with something weeping. the wine list is also superior to introduce all local and Italian wines. my blase and I tried to share a leading role and a starter. we finished with two three deserts and coffees. simply so much fun and delicious through the night. we go back next week, for some pasta cuz their descriptions look so delicious. it was painful to choose one! That's all right. now we live in wangaratta, that is not so hard for us. I have forgotten to make photos of the main and starter, but some desserts. this is my nabenschild. not mine! oh, my God. He couldn't sleep from outrage!"
