"The Fitz use to be our go to for amazing gluten free food and drinks. However, we have noticed the service and quality has really dropped recently. Multiple drinks forgotten when we ate in recently. Waited 20 minutes for a take away smoothie that couldn’t be drunk as it tasted really watered down. Terrible chai latte today. It’s starting to lose that great atmosphere we all loved."
