"I had dinner with friends and it was NOT a happy experience. The food was variable. Butter chicken and Chicken Masala Tandoori were ok. The dhal was passable but the Lamb Rogan Josh was just terrible. I have never seen a Rogan Josh where the sauce was thin and greasy as was presented to our table. More importantly the service was terrible. One wait person on duty who clearly knew nothing of Indian food or the house menu. He had to check with the kitchen on each order to see what was available. No Kashmiri Nan, no lamb chops and no to several other dishes. The restaurant has a very long menu but perhaps they would be better to offer less variety and do a better job? When we were served the waiter reached in front of one quest with drinks for someone a bit further down the table, spilled on the plate in front of the first person then asked them to please pass the drink on. The table was in the middle of the room and there were only six people but he didn’t seem to know how to serve each person without reaching over another. Dirty dishes were never cleared and it was just so clear this person has never been schooled in even the most basics of a wait-staff job. Bad form end to end. Mark this one off the return list."
