"First lunch in Lyon with my wife. She found this place and reserved a few weeks before our trip. It is a culinary school with a restaurant and hotel that is run by the students and supervised by the teachers. We came to the restaurant a few minutes early, but we took a seat right away. The students who served us were very professional. They also spoke very well English and explained the menu well. The meal consists of three courses. Everything we were served was really good. The combination of ingredients was really well made. Nothing was excessive or hurried. The ambience and decor were also well made. It was clean and simple what I really like. It is good to know that students are taught, continue cooking great food. I am pleased to see and find out where the students of this institute take their talents after their studies."

"We hadn't booked but the proprietor found us a table. The food was excellent and the meat was perfectly cooked and came with a generous amount of sauted potatoes and salad, which was a relief since the menu gave the initial impression that vegetables were an extra. The pudding was also delicious. My only minor criticism is that customers were still being admitted at about 9.30 and were waiting for a table to become available, which in my experience tends to be unusual in France. I expect the table to be mine for the evening. Having said that I would return."

"Ok... So we haven't been to hundreds of restaurants in France but we've been to a fair few and this one is unique! Such a lovely atmosphere from these family run restaurant. All the minor details of the restaurant are well thought out.... Brilliant and...beautiful almost minimalist hipster interior. And the food... Superb! Incredible flavours and such good value for money. This was the perfect way to end our week holiday in France and we can't wait for a return trip to Lyon to visit this place again! Thank you!"
