"Very nice restaurant/hotel right on the edge of the forest. On the terrace there is almost a holiday feeling. For this you sit like in the waiting room, which is certainly due to the architecture of the 30s of the previous century. Everything looks a little outdated, though properly shot, but not noble-antiquated. The service fits, neat, but not friendly and only moderately attentive and dedicated. Here you need your own initiative if you want to reorder a drink or have the dessert card. The menu is neat and fits to this type of restaurant, alone, there is no reef. "Haus stemberg surpassed my expectations far. I must admit that I came up with a prejudice that German skin kitchens would not measure, but I could not have been wrong. haus stemberg completely delivered. we went to the tasting menu and each cure was great. the. the 2012 spatburgunder red wine dry was particularly impressive as a result of a delicious lamb dish (I have made a photo of the bottle) the service was immaculate. an unforgettable evening."

"This place has the look and feel of small Switzerland. In a very large private room we had over 20 people around a single table. The staff was intrusive and effective everything just arrived at the right moment. Good wines, great Italian style stars, traditional Viener Schnitzel and a variety of puddings. This is not super fine food, but you didn't want it. It's honest, secret and inclusive. It felt like an old favorite, although it was our first visit. Good service, good times of the evening ran very fast."
