"The restaurant was filthy and the food was horrible. Ordered and Italian poutine and the “sauce” on it tasted like straight tomato paste and the fries were super oily. I had heard good things about this place but I would not go back or recommend."

"Ordered online 10 minutes before arrival, yet still waited 25 minutes in the store for our order. When we asked for updates, employees told us they would look into it, but never did and then told us 'it may be while '. They did not give anyone coming into order any warnings about the absurdly long wait times so everyone coming in was stuck waiting 40 minutes without warning after paying. I don 't blame employees for the long waits, but they need to handle them properly."
