"This is the place to go if you answered yes to any of the above.My first initial impression was the parking garage. Reserved parking for Milestones. You pay at the meter, but the sign says they don't validate. Next you take their private elevator to the restaurant. Dirty elevator. Greeted by the hostesses upon leaving the elevator. Our party of five seated immediately in a half empty restaurant.We waited to order as one of our party arrived late. We the ordered and ten we waited for our orders. And we waited and we waited and we patiently waited, including my two grandchildren, both under 10 years old. Finally my wife asked the manager if our food would be arriving soon. With a snarky remark, the manager told us we had only been waiting 7 minutes and it would be 8 minutes more. In reality it had been more than 20 minutes. Food arrives in 10 minutes minus my wife's omelette. For the most part the food was warm not hot. The omelette arrives and it's cold. Waitress apologizes and has a replacement ordered. It arrives quickly after the toast.For some bizarre reason the waitress brings the bill without us asking for it, stating "since you were in a hurry."I won't be in any hurry returning to Milestones. In fact I will never go back to any Milestones restaurant. Expensive over priced food. I should have checked Yelp before I went there.I don't dare check the City of Vancouver Health Inspection website. Guaranteed the kitchen has had many previous infractions. My suggestion go up the street on Broadway to Denny's. Waybetter service, great prices and you'll like the food a lot more.Milestone's is just a poor excuse for a place that sells food so they could get a licence to sell overpriced booze."

"My family (with a 13 month old) have frequented this truck over the past year. The baby loved the hummus (and so did the parents). We have almost made our way through the menu, but a few highlights are the falafel (of course) but also the Shakshuka. Shakshuka is a tomato based breakfast, brunch or lunch dish served with eggs. It is delicious ! Try it with extra hummus and if you have room their delicious dessert cookie. It's quite sweet so best for sharing. We look forward to them rejoining the streets after their winter hiatus. We will be back !!"
