"Even with all the amazing restaurants in Mougins, Aux Trois Stages quickly became our favorite. The outdoor seating area is charming and cosy. The service is warm, friendly and inviting and the food, the food is delicious. The preparation of the food is traditional...and inventive at the same time. Amazing fresh vegetables, home grown and picked that day, accompany each dish with their own unique preparation. We can't say enough good things about the restaurant, service and food. Highly recommended."

"Recently, we had dinner in this establishment with two separate spaces: a traditional bistro and a gourmet restaurant. Our choice has focused on the gastronomic section, which, to our regret, has no gastronomic name. The quality of the dishes, although tasty, is more similar to that found in a classic bistro. The service, without being reprehensible, evokes more the atmosphere of a bistro than that of a gourmet restaurant. Being an accustomed to gourmet restaurants, the codes are very far from the result we expect. In contrast, the prices are aligned with those of a gastronomic establishment. I am convinced that the establishment does not lack goodwill. However, some improvements are necessary before being able to fully justify the name "gastronomic". I wish the whole team of this restaurant very well."
