"This is a neighbourhood restaurant that excels in all things Italian.. including prompt professional, service. It's always busy. Pizza and Veal chop are outstanding. The one drawback is the noise level on the main floor since tables are close together. Though the quieter upstairs area is an option, it is quite spartan and void of any character. Investing in an overhaul upstairs, would no doubt make it a preferable option to those who wish a .quieter setting"

"Pizza is spectacular. The pepperoni is delicious The Caesar salad was also very fresh. The large is massive so be aware. I love leftover pizza so its a great problem to have."

"The place has an old Italian look and had placed national geographic on TV at the corner. Ordered medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza for 19.50 and it was ready in a reasonable time. Pizza was amazing. Had a touch of home. Sauce is delicious and it's so rich that I got full after 3 slices. The cheese is also very good. Come loaded with blows. There was a sweet baby I liked. Like my sister. Finally, you need to visit if you are in the oak area near St Clair West Metro Station. PS: The hostess is very sweet."

"For a moderately priced restaurant, this is one of the best.First of all, they don't take reservations so be prepared to wait it out on a Friday or Saturday night. But it is worth the wait. Pizza is thin crusted and delicious! The pasta is as good as the pizza. Different choices and they even have gluten free in both pasta and pizza. But don't stop there....the whole menu is worth trying. Fish is always fresh tasting and well sauced. No matter what we choose, it is all good. Salads are always fresh and tastily dressed. I love the stracchiatella soup! It is a red based soup, unlike anything I have had in this city or even in Italy. Staff is friendly and really great.! Go, eat and enjoy."

"I LOVE this place<br/>Real home made food, big portions, real garlic bread (bruschetta too) but its nice to get the real thing.<br/>Mama is in the kitchen and I literally go in and hug her whenever I am there, she's a doll. Her kids sometimes work there, her husband is always there. The place hasn't changed probably ever, checkered table cloths and all. You can sit at the side patio in the summer or inside and just feel like family.<br/>Gluten free and whole wheat for those who need.<br/>I've been coming for over 10 yrs and it is always consistent. That alone is worth a lot. GREAT PRICES for home made yummy food. ENJOY <br/>Elayne"
