"It was Summerlicious and it was lunchtime for those who work in the area so the noise level was too high for my liking. I dined with 3 other people and overall the dishes were good but not stellar. The server was prompt and efficient even though it was very busy. I wouldn't mind trying other things on the menu when it's not Summerlicious."

"Bday meeting with family, charlotte our server was great, eating was delish, vibe was great. the only disadvantage I would say is that they have a 2.5-hour period for the table. not too happy about how we had just finished dessert and were asked to pack it. otherwise everything was very nice."

"Opus has been a mainstay in the Annex neighbourhood for close to 30 years. What has kept in in business (and it was packed the night we dined there) great service, outstanding food and one of the best wine lists in Toronto. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner the seared foie gras appetizer (very silky and very rich), the Fogo Island cod entree (a small portion but perfectly cooked and served with a great saffron sauce) and doughnuts tossed in cinnamon sugar for dessert. It's not cheap appetizers in the mid $20s and most entrees between $40 and $49 but a good place as any to splurge."

"First-time visit as a table of 4: Queso Fondito was amazing, tacos were delicious but a bit smaller than expected. Tres Leches cake was incredible. LC Paloma is highly recommended if you like subtly citrus drinks. It was a busy Saturday but service staff were attentive, and food arrived timely. Even with a full restaurant and busy bar, the noise level was perfect to have conversations and the music was not too loud. Decor and ambiance is really fun. Highly recommend."
