"Sofra is one of the busiest restaurants on the Main Street in Toowoomba. If you didn’t book ahead, your chance of getting a table is Almost as slim as dating Victoria Beckham and having her pay for your meal. I would say this is the most authentic Turkish cuisine you can get in Toowoomba, considering I believe the Turkish community in Toowoomba is not that high. But don’t get me wrong, the food was really tasty and delicious. The meat was as juicy as you can imagine. Staffs were super friendly. Super hard working, they will greet you the moment you walk in, the food serving speed was insane (how did the kitchen do it so fast Overall, i genuinely loved it."

"I was in Grand Central Shopping Centre in Toowoomba this weekend and wanted to grab a bite to eat. After looking around the different options in the food court area my wife and I decided on Abra-Kebab. After both ordering 'Regular' size doner kebabs, I was surprised that they were only a little larger than other kebab shops 'Small' size but yet about the same price. In addition to our kebabs we ordered a portion of chips. Once the food was ready we took it home as we were literally 5 mins away and ate it there.The kebabs were awful, the doner meat in both was so overcooked it had dried out and was like eating pieces of cardboard. The kebabs had been 'thrown' together so poorly that most of their filling (what there was of it) dropped out the bottom of the flatbread and in to the bottom of the bag and on top of that they were so cold, that the cheese in one that I ordered hadn't even melted. I have to say the only decent item was the chips, which were hot and salted just right, but for the portion size I would say over-priced comparable to other local kebab stores."
