"Stayed on night of 7 September. Room was clean and location suited our purpose. The furniture in the sitting area was dreadful like sitting on bare timber!! Beds and bedding satisfactory and kitchenette was adequate. Unable to comment on service as we did not require any beyond checking in and out. Unfortunately we were charged, after checking out, for wine we did not consume! Did receive a refund but question how many times charges are incorrectly levied and go unchallenged. Sorry but we won't be returning due to VERY uncomfortable furniture! Rooms: Lounges need URGENT update! Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet"

"A little local gem in Toowoomba located in Ruthven Street, excellent friendly service and a great selection of tasty burgers to choose from. Ingredients are locally sourced. Fully licensed with a great selection of wine, beer and spirits. We really enjoy the music, the relaxed vibe and playing chess. They have a great variety of live music acts on a regular basis."

"We recently visited for dinner and we've never seen food arrive so fast! Our entrees, hot chocolates, and four meals arrived within 10 minutes, and the serving sizes were so big, we took the extras home. Definitely a great place for a family dinner!"

"I should have known when waiting in line for a long time to be served we saw two meals returned to the kitchen. My pork belly was dry and there was no crisp at all on the top. One person at our table got a...refund on their meal as it was inedible. Another had cold steak and all who had steak were not cooked to their order. The staff were lovely though. I will not be going back"

"Partner and I wanted something nice and easy for dinner. Dropped by Christopher's on Feb 15th around 8pm and ordered a Queenslander. By far the best burger we've ever had, and we have the burger from every place we go. The dining room is very nicely set out and is very welcoming. We had a gentleman bring us our order who has customer service skills that go above and beyond. The food, and this gentleman are the reasons we are returning soon for more delicious food."
