"I used the takeout option rather than the restaurant which also was open. Directions for Covid were clear and made me feel safe. One door in and one door out, although some patrons didn 't seem to twig to that when leaving. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and drink and was advised it would be 15 minutes. I had it in ten minutes. The staff were all polite and very friendly and were pleased when I thanked them for working. As there was no option for tipping on the 'tap payment terminal ' , I ensured I left a decent cash tip."

"Worst Customer service. I ordered a pizza online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes after I went there and they told me it would take another 15 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes and they said another 10 minutes. The lady at the till was not very nice, I think she is the owner of the place. Instead of being nice and saying “sorry for the wait” she told me that “it took time because YOUR pizza had to be welldone” in a very rude way. She was yelling at the staff and it was not the best customer service."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. there were false advertising, terrible administration, and I had to fight to get a refund for something I was misleading. not to mention, I was not the only one who was angry with being deceived. this evaluation is also for them. there was no compensation for an hour offered by me and friends time. this will be posted to any review website, so they know whether they are paid to get this deleted."
