"During the noon it was obvious that this restaurant is popular with locals. We decided to return for Diner when the place is more right (although not serving his day menu anymore), there was a wide choice...at a kind of "fixed price", offer; Starter – Plate – Dessert, selected in any combination from the menu. We first found the combination “Start and Dessert” curious, but it would probably have done very well, as portions are huge. The starter 'gambas on risotto ' (and the complementary fingerfoods) would have made for a nice light meal. When the main courts arrived, we had a little stunned. The taste was great, but the sizes of individual plates could feed a family... Some ended after a take-away box that was provided for free and served a good lunch the next day. In short, we recommend this restaurant, friendly hosts, good atmosphere, but make sure you order either really hungry, conservative, or ready to take the other half of your plate. It will make you more relaxed to enjoy the food, not bad about not ending (or simply eating too much)... and it will really great value!"

"We were passing Terrasson on the way to Clermont and decided to try to find a restaurant at 1.30pm. On the way into town we saw Au Jardin d'O and tried our luck. They kindly let us in four of us and we had one of the most enjoyable meals in a long time. Everything on the menu was delicious (we all tried each others plates! . Service was efficient and friendly and the wine was not expensive. We all agreed that we will return."

"Quand nous avons le temps nous sortons de l'autoroute pour déjeuner...et à quelques kilomètres de l'A89 nous avons trouvé le vieux canton. Des plats simples mais bien cuisinés et bien présentés, un service rapide...super pour bien commencer les vacances !"

"Very disappointing for this star, when we arrived we entered the side hotel little mistake on our part. the two servers passed in front of us several times without ever greeting us and guiding us. we ended up coming out to look for the right entry. the dishes were very good, but the service not at all at the height. aperitif: puts in mouth demanded by several tables. the wine map has not been presented to us. so no idea of the prices. at the end of the meal the bread crumbs on the table were swept from a back of the hand. the waiter by removing the neighbors' table shed the rest of their water carafe in the glass of my husband. the coffees served without we ordered them but on the addition, damage to this beautiful establishment."

"My sister, who lives 20km away, recommended this place, which is on the main road to the East of a Terrasson. We arrived late (1.30pm) so were hustled to a table and told what the menu of the day was, without being offered any menus....It sounded good to us so we agreed. For 13 euros we got melon with Parma ham to start, a shepherds pie, and a poire Belle-Hélène and a glass of wine, just the right amount of food for lunch. Other diners were being served more elaborate meals so I'm sure if we'd arrived earlier or on a weekend, we would've had other options. Be warned, I don't think they speak much English."
