"Waited a while to be served at the counter even though there were plenty of staff standing around having a chat and laugh. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having a laugh at work but there's a time and a place for that, especially when there are people waiting to be served.The play area needs to be cleaned as there was dried up spilled drink on the platforms as well as the slide which was disappointing.Tables were not cleaned once customers left the family next to us had left the table a mess and when we left, their table was still dirty and we were there for a couple of hours.At least the female toilets were clean and smelled nice."

"Subway is Subway, so you know food wise what to expect, although this server was stingy with the toppings.Service, hygiene care and standards though, a whole other thing. Some of the toppings look dried out, so of course looks unappealing. Overall the area looks like it could do with a deep clean.Customer service, forget that. The 2 women in there talk in there own language to each other.Talk to you like your a inconvenience. I found them very rude to all customers.Maybe they need to be reminded that our custom helps to pay there wages."

"One of the busiest bouncers atem I had, but the quality was not as good as the chadstone I usually go to. it could have been just a free day, but the steak sandwich was somewhat smaller and less tender than usual. the curly pommes are still a winner."
