"January 30, 2017 || #1039 || Simple BBQ done right.

Lola Ote offers a simple yet homey ambiance that's well lit and full of energy. On both of my visits I dined at either function rooms, one small, and the other good for parties of 20-30 people. Both have television screens, but they larger of the two has its own restroom. Parking is ample thanks to the deep set back, which allows for double parking, but no worries, as they have a helpful guard on duty.

The food highlights include the the Tenga ng Baboy (Pig Ears) , Chicken and Pork Isaw (intestine), crispy Chicharon bulakak and their Sisig. That's a good portion of the menu, but then again there isn't much on the menu. The tenga (pigs ears) are ordered by sticks and is present hanging on an portable rack with the rest of your bbq sticks.

Lola Ote is a highly recommended place for group parties "barkada" get togethers.

eater.ph"

"I really love their food because it has a different take on grilled food. I never imagined grilled squash and mushrooms could be savory with soy sauce. Yes, their meat orders are The pita bread was so warm and it’s texture was on point hngggg The only thing I didn’t like is that the food got after taste that lasted for hours even after brushing but maybe it was because I ate too much. Hehe"

"Service was really good and so was the ambiance. Free valet was really helpful as well. Ordered the kare - kare, not worth it for the price. Really nothing special about it. However, the winner was the limbaga 77 salad, stuffed laing and lechon paksiw, all tasted really good and had a reasonable serving size. The stuffed pusit was okay. The roasted chicken was absolutely horrible. It was driest and hardest chicken I have ever had in my life. Its as if it was cooked way earlier in the day and reheated for dinner service.
Serving time was excellent though."

"Been to Kozui for about four times.

I've tried a variety of drinks, like Matcha Korichio, Matcha Oreo Korichio, Black Sesame, etc. and also their Special Takoyaki and Katsudon. I was never disappointed with what I've tried here so far — the drinks, especially, are very unique in comparison with beverage shop. However, I haven't tried the Frozen Green Tea yet. Reasonable price range for great food & drinks!

This is a two-storey beverage shop. The upper floor provides generous privacy, perfect for studying and group works. Once, I think someone was undergoing a Skype interview.

WiFi works well but may go slow during peak hours. Service is good. The staff is attentive and nice.

Go here with your review buddies — or if you're craving great Matcha goods! Plus, they also offer tea leaves.
"

"There is always that luxurius and homy feel when you enter a Starbucks. The refreshing aroma of coffee grounds gives you the perky feels, those wide smiles from baristas are very welcoming, and their big sofas are very comfortable. I love how I can give my order to the Barista and they immediately know what to do. They will even give you recommendations. Starbucks is always a great place to stay for long conversations or just to bum around."

"This Starbucks branch is always crowded, be it in the afternoon or late at night. The baristas are super super friendly and reliable. Their handcrafted drinks are superb in taste and texture"
