"Excellent service with a personal server that engaged us asking questions and sharing with us like we were family. Food was prepared perfectly. My Jack and coke was poured well with a balanced taste. I highly recommend this LongHorns Steakhouse."

"Avid steak eater here! The worse ever. Waitress was sneaky, fillets were not fillets, vegetables uncooked thrown on a hot plate. Ran out of every drink I ordered. The place had trash all around and was just overall not my expectation of a steakhouse. I ordered the fillet and I have no clue what part of the cow that was. It looked like a steak they put together in a circle shape and called it a fillet. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was pretty much still kicking when I got it. I took two bites asked Haley the waitress to take it back and remove (I don’t send food back to he recooked) she said she would. A few minutes later she came back with both checks stacked one on the other never commented on if she spoke to the mgr about the issue and tried to hide the fact there was another check. I asked her about taking the steak off she said the couldn’t because I didn’t see it back to recooked (confused face) I let her that I was not going to pay for the check so please check back with the manager finally all of a sudden the steak was taken off. Did she even speak to the mgr the first two times? Probably not."

"The service always been bad but we always back just for the food but today was definitly our last day the service was extremely rude no even 15 min.(9:10p.m) Past when those ladys star looking constantly to our table and asking if we need boxes for the food to go was obvios that they need to go home and rushing us beside the food looks like they use spoiled lettuce Big no no for this restaurant"

"Terrible Food and even worse service. The food was subpar, very poor quality fast food, not the Steak Shake I remember. Obviously they have had to cut major corners. That is even more apparent when you interact with the staff. Very poor management, no concern for customer service or even a hint of hospitality. My suggestion, cross over the interstate and go to Five Guy’s."
