"I hope that I was sorry not to be able to visit the cellar, as closed in this period, the vineyards are fortunately close to the village that is tain or tournon. That said Monsieur Guillaume was hyper kind in conducting me in a rather accurate tasting, a person of extreme kindness and hospitality always with the smile, I appreciated his passion in explaining how much he could, as in the meantime he was also taken in the daily tasks of the bistro shop. He led me to a tasting of the wide range of Jaboulet wines with explanation and small chips, closed with La Maison bleue. In any case, location located in the central square of Tain the hermitage from which it is possible, overlooking the outside, enjoy the panorama and admire the vineyards of some historical producers including Paul jaboulet 1834. I finally had the pleasure to taste also the cutter meats and cheeses typical of the place, of very good quality. I will return in the future to try the kitchen and greet Mr Guillaume.
