"Food 4 Service 2We arrived around 3:45, first in line when doors opened at 4. Sat up at the bar as a group of 4. Service was slow, bartender seemed annoyed and left as we were in the middle of deciding what we wanted and ordering. Had a sassy demeanor and when we asked to recommend a steak (we were deciding between two) he recommended the more expensive one and when I asked why he said ‘it’s not as fatty’. Disappointed to come to a nice steakhouse and pay $400 for dinner and the server isn’t able to share more education on the cuts of meat since that is their speciality. The bar was also not full when we were dining. It was hard to eat at the bar and we didn’t have enough space. Also we asked the server if we ordered too much food and he said no ended up taking 4 boxes home and not even touching the potato because we DID order way too much!The food was good but some dishes didn’t make sense. We ordered the guacamole and it came with 3 tortillas and 3 pieces of baguette?? Not sure why bread came with guacamole… very strange..the Molletes also were strange and the bread could have been crispy or put on a torta. The steaks were delicious and loved that they came on a sizzling stone. We got the Wagyu and Ribeye tacos would recommend again. We loved the bottle of Uruguayan Tannat."

"Party of 4 celebrating New Years Eve. We do this every year. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is always perfect. Drinks were great as was the appetizer and 3 of the 4 meals. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the Yukon potatoes were a hit! The only letdown to the night was the seafood trio meal. The salmon and shrimp were over cooked to the point of inedible and the scallops were undercooked. Stanley Seafort’s has built a reputation for excellence for decades and we wish their entire staff many more years of excellence."
