"First time visit to this restaurant and first time for Indian food. We dined early on a Firday night (5:30) so there were only 4-5 tables of patrons. This likely also contributed to all the attention we had by the wait staff. We ordered Marsla chicken and Jinga shrimp. My wife doesn't do spice so she order the chicken mild. I wasn't sure if hot really meant hot so I order Med for the shrimp. Both dishes had very good flavor. The shrimp was definitely a medium in my book so I will likely try hot next time, which unfortunately means my wife won't try it. We also had a bread called spinach naan. Oh my gosh, that was really good! Tasted great dipped in the vegetarian soup. Great restaurant. We will be back!"

"The food truck was in the neighbourhood in Lynnwood, and we had to get some because we don’t drive through Seattle often. Sam Choy’s never disappoints. My favourites are the garlic chicken plate with a drizzle of spicy mayo and the reconstructed musubi. We added some seaweed salad and mixed it with the rice and it was delicious. It would be nice to see a location up north one day. Thank you for the amazing customer service too!"

"Everything is great in that place , especially meat. But I wish they have much better side orders. Like oven baked potato or smashed potato, at least better fries. More drink choice would be great"

"A little too pretentious for what you get. Everything was good but $32 good is questionable. Elk, over sauced and it’s such a good meat it’s a shame. Gnocchi was gooey in texture, small wine list $50 for everything or more and cheesecake was stale. Didn’t like the $10 service fee to book a table either, I’m sure there are other services, open table maybe? Enjoyed seeing the food prepped and chef was great, service was nice but impatient. Sometimes you just want to relax and enjoy and not be rushed, sorry the appetizers filled us and our wallet up."

"Busy Sunday morning! I've driven past this place many many times and always wondered if it was a true dive bar. Why yes it is! The service was great and the kitchen seemed to be busy. The prices are fair too. I'd say, next time it may be a time to try their food but I had a delicious bloody Mary this time."

"Super neat hole in the wall kind of bar. The walls are filled with interesting knick knack stuff.. plenty of seating considering it 's a teapot shaped building haha Plenty of alcohol selection- decent menu to cover all your bases. Solid pricing. Tons of events happening here throughout the year."
