"I’ve been dining at Bentleys for over 28 years. I find the prices reasonable. Their menu is so huge and offers such a variety of food I can’t believe how the cooks can perform the miracle of preparing all of the offerings. I like the daily lunch specials and you can chose if you prefer soup or salad or maybe just half a sandwich if your not up to eating a big lunch. Staff are very personable and always checking to see if you would like more coffee etc. I’m the summer months patio is open for outdoor dining. I don’t live in Stratford, but I go there several times a week especially in the summer. And Bentleys is always my lunch destination. Love the food and the prices to me are more than well in line for the food your getting. And I can hardly wait to have lunch there Thursday."

"Family visited - 5 of us - had late lunch - arrived 1:30 - food didn't come till 2:30 - an hour wait!!!! I ordered Lentil soup & Rueben sandwich. Waitress apologizes as she doesn't know it comes together! My Rueben was worst I have ever had- bottom slice was soggy as sauerkraut had soaked into it - only way to make these is to put layers of kraut between the corned beef! Children's pasta dish arrived barely warm - we had to ask for more cheese twice. Caesar order had hardly any dressing on it - had to ask for more. We had no cutlery when meals came - had to ask for that too. 2 drinks were ordered - and after 30 minutes server says the mixer is broken! The Nachos looked store bought ! Overall a bad experience! I mentioned to Waitress about Sandwich - they reduced 5.00 off bill but bill was still 69.00 for this lunch which was way overpriced for the Quality of the food. Between the service - the Waitress- the Food and the prices - it reeks of a definite NO RETURN to this place!"

"Had a great evening with a long time friend. The place was cozy, and were able to chat and catch up without having to speak loud to hear one another. Quaint restaurant. The food was good, we started with the yogurt dip followed by the harvest platter and the pork ribs. For dessert we each had the taco cheesecake and sadly it was gone so quickly that I forgot to take a picture. Great way to spend a quiet evening in a nice setting accompanied by a great friend and great food. In case accessibility is a concern, the washroom are on the lower level accessible by stairs only."

"We went to Stratford for a morning of foraging in the woods for fiddleheads, ramps, stinging nettle, and dandelions. Our guide took us to Tea Leaves where he served us lunch that he cooked himself prior to the event. I don't drink tea often enough and if I do, it would usually be the organic herbal teas. What I tasted at Tea Leaves was something else ... I can't remember the names of the teas I had but one had a chocolate mint flavor another was like sweet cinnamon, and another was like citronelle lemon. They were really, really good!The owner, Karen, was so helpful and very friendly. She knows her teas a lot. And Tea Leaves offers a vast selection of teas! When you're in the area, don't miss stopping at this place. Tea lovers will fall in love with Tea Leaves!"
