"I rate it a 0 ! On Wednesday 4/5/17, reserved a table for 7 people at 7pm, couldn't be seated until 720pm. Mixed up with our drinks and entree to begin with.Then gave us a dangling menu that was half torn, pages were literally falling apart. Then the waiter accidently spilled water on the table when he was taking the hot water bottle away to refill because they were already empty when we sat down ! Both waitresses attitude were disgusting, no customer service what so ever ! They were extremely rude and you could see it on there face that they did not want to serve you. The food portion was half of what it normally was before. When all our food arrived we still could not eat because nobody provided us plates/bowls or cutlery. It was such a horrible night eating there with my family. I wil never go or recommend people going there. There are better food/service at St. Albans."

"Since “Potsticker” opened about 12 months ago my wife and I have been regular visitors, having eaten there at least 15 times. What a breath of fresh air in the limited culinary choices in the area. The range of pan Asian dishes continue to delight with something on the menu that would delight even the most discerning palate. If you are looking for a dining experience in the Keilor area then the Potsticker has to be the top of your list.<br/ <br/"

"The first time I went it was ok, customer service was sub par and the table was cheap and wobbled a lot. The second time my husband and I went for a Thursday night $10 chicken parmigiana. Not only was the customer service sub par again, but we waited a whole hour for two parmigianas and we given lame apologies and no reason as to why it was taking so long.When we finally got our parmigianas, I lifted mine up to get the chips out from underneath and it had a long strand of black hair cooked into it! I could actually lift part of the parmigiana with the hair still stuck in it. I complained to the owner about the food and although he remade both mine and my husbands parmigiana, it took another 15 minutes.The whole time all we got was lacklustre apologies and stupid excuses, including comments that blamed 'murphies law', 'chances and probability', 'that's just human error' and 'there's no women in the kitchen so I don't know how it happened'.There was no offers of free drinks or dessert and we still ended up paying full price! We left feeling physically sick as the parmigianas were thin and didn't taste very nice. Definitely won't be going back ever again!"
