"With the way back to italia we decided not to eat in a rasthof and take the next trip without knowing where we were. we came by chance to the restaurant gritschacher and sit outside for a little break and eat something. on the menu., we were pleased to find spinat ravioli and felt already in italia. as a main course we decided to go for the Wienerschnitzel. as an appetizer they offered a few very good brot with lubricated lard. only for the opening of the mag. the first surprise! the mixed salate came. but not the ordinary German cut carrots, with a perfect balance of the woof taste together with bennet mixed to violet petals. ravioli time. perfect. none of the different flavors exaggerated the other. handmade pasta and cook in the minute. we felt to be in genoa and eat pansotti at sea. my ass carving was undoubtedly the best I ever had. golden yellow, no burned butter, delicate meat. fantastic! next to what ulla thought, we finished our meal (it took about 2 hours.) we have a small offer relaxed and then went into our car. dear ulla, dear walter, I will benefit from you again. Wait for me!"
