"We discovered Sushi Sam’s when it opened in 1998. We were regulars with our daughters until we moved. Fast forward 20 years. Sushi Sam’s is still in the same place and still some of the best sushi we have ever had. Sushi Sam’s introduced us to Sushi and we try sushi everywhere we travel. "The service was terrible tonight!! ! The cook forgot our shrimp while others at the table had about 10 shrimp a piece, plus the one order that he asked her to count how many she had and she stated she had to about 10, so he gave her 10 more… When hegot to our end of the table, he stated that he will need to cook some more since he forgot we had shrimp…????When he broughtthe shrimp out he counted 7 shrimp a piece out and said that’s the normal serving .I immediately looked up at the other guestsat the other end of the at table..The same was done with the fried rice , in which we also paid for extra rice and vegetables.Although we asked for the vegetables to be cooked well done, they were very mushy… He asked the other guest if their veggieswere cooked to their liking, but somehow we weren’t asked anything… The best thing about this place tonight was the verynice guy who seated us! We come here often but won’t be coming back as we’ve experienced this same issue with the same cookeach time. The service was horrible tonight. I should have called a manager to the table but I didn’t. There’s plenty ofother hibachi places that we can go to, plus get treated somewhat decently."

"We had this after a night at the theatre and it was amazing! The waiters were so nice, and the food was incredible! I got the teriyaki chicken and my sister got the tonkatsu ramen. It was all really good, I would definitely recommend for a specialoccasion."
