"This is an old fashioned style burger joint with made to order counter service.We ordered the cattleman, bacon cheeseburger and a pimento cheese sandwich with a side of onion rings. We had the 1/4 pound JR. size. They are about the size of a Wendy's baconJr cheeseburger but with way more bacon and a fresh fluffy bun. The cattleman had an onion ring in it with some BBQ sauce. Thesandwich had fresh bread that was not as thick as Texas toast bread but thicker than your regular sandwich bread. There is onlyone size for the onion rings. They were crispy and not oily at all. My only disappointment is that it was six onion rings to theorder. We do not eat fries so not to sure what that order looks like. Overall the place is large and clean with picnic styletables for seating, only. 8.26.2022"

"Good burgers, but not outstanding. May be I'm just a bit disappointed after all the hype. Remember to order some sides, particularly onion rings. The pudding was excellent. The place has a good casual vibe, with quite a few community tables. The crowd is classic Texan. I'd even say archetype. Expect to stand in line for upward of 30 minutes to order if you go during peak hours. Friendly counter staff. Pricing is mid range."
