"If you want fresh seafood in San Marino, this is the place to go. This is an unexpected location to find fresh seafood but this small restaurant gets daily shipments. You can either eat in, take out, or buy some fish to cook yourself. Admittingly, the prices overall are on the high side but it’s hard to beat fresh food and the good service. The owner and the servers are all very friendly, considerate, and fast. For those in the area, it’s a very convenient place to pickup some fresh fish every day without having to live near the water."

"Ordered the Newport Special Lobster $21 per lb), Beef Luc Lac on Rice, and Clams with Black Bean Sauce. Dishes were on the larger side. The lobster was very tasty and fresh, but each lobster is 4-5 lbs, so it was very expensive $87). Clams with Black Bean Sauce were definitely better than your typical restaurant, and they use large, juicy clams. The beef was super tender and was my personal favorite!! It contrasts really well with the crispiness of the romaine lettuce and the acidity of the lemon. Overall, the meal was pricey but it tasted pretty good."

"Went at 4:30 on a Friday and the fridge was fully stocked! They even have some pre-cut sashimi in the fridge now so you don’t have to wait with a ticket for the fish in the case anymore."

"A throwback to friendly, huge seafood places (with bars) with very good, fresh fish and seafood dishes, when land was still affordable. The group price for our lunch today was ridiculous (ly low).. I thought the waiter made a mistake with my appetizer house salad because it looked like an entree. Efficient and friendly service. Free parking lot!"
