"If you want authentic Polish food, this is your place. I always order the stuffed cabbage with extra sauce. You can't get any closer to gramma's cabbage than this. They offer multiple kinds of Keilbasa my favorite so far is the Wedding Keilbasa. You can eat it cold or cooked and has the right hint of smokiness to it. Their potato pancakes are huge and go with any hot meal you order. They also offer all sorts of chips and candies from Poland. Dont pass this place by!"

"As with everything in life, things aren't as you remember in the past. Unfortunately, this sentiment holds true for La Scogliera. Took my parents out for their birthdays, they used to go to La Scogliera when it was in Bpt. They apologized, smallportions with a hefty price, I guess the price of pasta rivals that of gasoline."

"Oh, my Szabo's Seafood is incredible. A nondescript store front hides the miracles that are happening inside. Such the lobster roll!!! Its beauty was in the simplicity of the flavor profile. The generous portion of lobster meat was not mixed with ingredients that might have hidden its essence. Just well prepared lobster in a buttered and grilled bun. The sides were excellent too. Fries, well salted. Cole Slaw, Smooth. Tasty. The pace at which the staff was working suggests that those in the know frequent Szabo's. It would be worth your while to drive a little out of your way for such a treat."

"Needed to bring something to a dinner and happened to pass through Shelton so we decided to stop here. One of the employees greeted me as soon as I walked in and even came around the corner to tell me about all the flavors of cupcakes. They had quite a variety of cupcakes that they can make into cakes upon preorder. The presentation was more creative than I have seen in bakeries in CT; for instance the cannoli cupcake had a cannoli on top and cannoli icing instead of just being stuffed with cannoli icing. I do not believe they have seating but that was OK they are in a plaza with a liquor store so that is also a plus. Plenty of parking."
