"In a nutshell, this restaurant is terrific. To begin with, this place is actually a four in one restaurants: a Pizzeria, Thai Kitchen, American Diner and Austrian/Carinthian gourmet restaurant. I´ve been lucky to test all the different kind of foods at this place and I can´t decide what is best: the Burgers with pulled pork, the Thai soups and dishes, the marvelleous pizza or the typical Austrian specialities. Another absolute exeption are the drinks: they brew their own craft beer of which some of them are award winning brews, cocktails are great and so is the wine selection. You could spend 3 or 4 different evenings and get the feeling you are always in a different restaurant! Inside, there are different areas,e.g, the American Diner with an typical American silvery trailer inside! In front of the restaurant there´s a railway wagon where guests could have a special occasion dinner. It´s simply a lot of tiny (or bigger) bits and pieces that make this place an execptional restaurant. Waiters are super friendly and quick! Another important issue which often gets overlooked is air filtering which works great at this place so no smelly clothes or hair next day! A clear recommendation, this place is an absolute stunner!"

"Durch Zufall hatten wir für unseren Radurlaub 2 Nächte im Gritschacher Hof gebucht - selten waren wir so glücklich mit einer Unterkunft! So gutes frisch zubereitetes Essen mit Produkten aus der Region, dass wir - ganz gegen unsere Gewohnheit - an beiden Abenden dort gegessen haben! Absolut überzeugend!! Wir kommen wieder! - Ebenfalls großartig das Frühstück!"

"Scelto questo locale da tripadvisor, per il pranzo di una gita in Austria. bellissima location, un vecchio castello, personale molto gentile che si impegna a farti capire il menù (hanno anche un menù cartaceo in italiano). Bella la sala interna ed il panorama esterno. Nella sala interna si può anche "giocare" a travestirsi con costumi medievali. Il cibo molto buono, ci aspettavamo uno stile fast food, invece la carne alla griglia era ottima, come il piatto della casa, e anche i panini con hamburger. Buoni i sandwich, i gnocchetti bianchi tipo splatze e i dolci (strudel e dolce del castello). in 4 adulti e 2 bambini 91euro. Buona la birra, attenzione che l'acqua imbottigliata è un pò caretta -5euro-. Nel periodo di fine luglio inizio agosto nel prato sottostante il castello, è allestito anche un campo medievale con spettacoli di cavalieri e mestieri antichi. Da ritornarci con i bimbi, molto particolare e di suggestione!"

"A little hidden away but take your time to find it . I love the atmosphere here and even though they have no garden in summer you can sit in the little courtyard. Excellent food and friendly Kaiser sisters !"
