"Everything I needed was easy to find. The beds were very comfortable I felt at home. It was a home away from home. Our penthouse was in the middle of downtown and super close to everything and also your staff was extremely helpful, especially fast back to me. Everything was impeccable! I highly recommend it! And I'm back."

"Great location, clean amenities, fantastic and attentive customer service. While not everything was perfect during the stay (some minor technical issues), when an issue did appear the Barsala staff was super helpful in trying to make things right. It was nice that I could book using my credit card points. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of updates to let me know what's going on and communicated in a thorough and efficient way (timely text/call/email). Even though they didn't have staff onsite, I never felt isolated or like I didn't have a responsive contact to reach out to. Good job explaining directions in the email, including pictures! The unit had everything I needed, although I could have used a sharper knife for cooking, but not a deal breaker by any means. Bottom line would definitely use Barsala again (and will look for them next time I book a trip)!"

"Fish and chips weren't bad. Immediately when we came in one of the bartenders was a bit rude and condescending, not sure if thats just pub/bar culture though as I dont usually frequent bars. By the end of the night he was a bit more friendly as I guess he realized we weren't any sort of threat and we helped to clean up our table before leaving. Fries were very good, fish itself was average, not bad at all but nothing life changing or that I would be craving for specifically at this place again. It did make me feel a bit quesy afterwards though. Overall, probably wouldn't come again as I'm not an aggressive person and maybe just am not cut out for the bar scene lol but the food wasn't too bad"
