"Popped in for some lunch before the visit to the Louvre. Very busy but we managed to get a table, very popular with tourists and locals. Service was good reasonably quick. A great little find and good value 4 adults food and drinks for under 100Euro. (Traduit par Google) Entré pour un déjeuner avant la visite du Louvre. "My friend (she is French) and I went to dinner on May 18, 2013. I ordered a medium steak that was described in the menu as 'sweet and juicy meat'. when it arrived, it was hard and could not be cut with the steak knife. we talked to the waitress and asked that it should be changed, she called the maître d' and he was rude and brutal and said that it should be such a middle steak. I showed him that it can't even be cut to be eaten, but he brushed my comments aside. I bought one drink grande and the made me pay for 2 drinks which I did not ask for and they never sent me back my payment back I have been waiting and they do not even reply to calls or emails... for this complain do I need to go there in place with the receipt to get my money back ?"
