"Not only the best pizza in Sarasota, but incredible service in a true hole in the wall. My go to is the Della Casa for an appetizer, followed with the Verde pizza but I have not had a single dish that was less than spectacular. Chef Antonio also keeps a small, but very impressive list of daily specials on the chalkboard and you?d be a fool to ignore them. Everything from pasta with sausage and baby back ribs, to white lasagna, and so many more great dishes. This is the type of place where they?ll remember your name and go over the top to serve you and make you feel at home. While I see them constantly getting orders ready for takeout my big recommendation is for at least your first visit, do yourself a favor and sit right at the chef?s counter to watch the master at work and get the absolute hottest, and freshest pizza brought right from the oven to your plate."

"We met a friend here. It's a stalwart in SRQ. We always sit in the bar area. The food is consistent, tasty and very cheap. Many regular customers. The place is also busy in summer. You can't go wrong!"

"Service and ambience were good, unfortunately the food was just ok. The Carbonara was not made right, as the egg was scattered in it. The frutti di mare white sauce tasted as if it was only olive oil and the shells tasted as if they started to go badly. All things you could possibly overlook on a cheap esserei, but otherwise something disappointing. Edit: I never mentioned anything about finding cream in the Carbonara, the problem was to cook the eggs in agitator."

"Nice atmosphere. We made reservations online, although they were not required on Saturday night. We were well treated as special guests. The food was very delicious. I'm not a fan of Auberginenparmesan, but I liked her. I'm looking forward to returning."
